Symptoms of TMJ include headaches along with pain in the jaw, face, and ear. People may have trouble chewing and an uncomfortable bite. Some people have pain in their neck and experience dizziness.
Most people try to treat the symptoms at home with pain relievers and ice packs. However, you may need additional help from our dentist. Mouthguards are often used to help. Surgery or implants might be necessary.
